Teacher's Day ! This festival is traditionally  celebrated  to pay their respects to their  teachers  and express their gratitude.The birth date of the second President of India, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, 5 September 1888, has been  celebrated  as  Teacher's Day  since 1962. To celebrate this occasion, students perform songs and plays, acknowledging the contribution of their teachers. Students also show their affection to their favourite teachers in the form of cards, speeches and performances.  In the wake of corona virus pandemic, all the schools and colleges have been closed for the last few months. With online sessions, students and teachers celebrated Teachers' Day 2020 virtually. Every year, students convey their wishes and gratitude. Even in our college, NITIE Mumbai, we had a virtual celebration and it was an honor to be its part. I got the chance to dedicate my performance to my teachers and mentors! Smart goals for Success! Well friends, its not easy to set SMART goals and achieve them,  many people fail. A study by Scranton University found that only 8% of those who set New Year goals actually achieve them, meaning 92% who set new year goals fail. Why is that? The problem is that most of the people see goals, as hopes and wishes. They hope they will lose some weight, they wish to start their own business, or they hope to get a better job.
